At the Sept.4 Special Council meeting, Mayor Steve Price claimed to speak for “The Silent Majority” the 11,600 people who were not present at that contentious meeting.
Unless he has become psychic recently, that is quite an assumption. The reality is, of course, that he only speaks for the 1,312 people who voted for him in the last election, and not some absent multitude.
