As a new resident to the City of Kelowna it is hard to find anything to complain about, but one thing that has puzzled me since my arrival is the high price of gas. On average residents of Kelowna are paying .24$ more per litre then people living in Winnipeg. Is there a scenic tax or ‘hey the weather in Kelowna is way warmer than Winnipeg’ so people won’t notice the charge. It’s a question I pose to the experts. Please explain why the same company is charging $.24 more per litre than in Winnipeg. I await the answer.
