In response to Richard Talbot’s letter (PNR, Nov. 4), in the off-chance they have missed the point, the electorate of Canada have spoken loud and clear — the Green Party is to remain without official party status. It seems (Justin) Trudeau has plenty of well-qualified MPs supporting the Liberal point of view.
Why on earth would he look beyond that group for any appointments — especially from a party of one?
Getting a voice back to the cabinet table occurs when a constituency elects a member who is in sync with the winning party.
It is seldom otherwise.
