Mayor Wayne Baldwin seeks to turn White Rock citizens against those who frequently request FOIs (freedom-of-information).
An enlightened citizenry is what we all should want, including the mayor and council.
I applaud those citizens exercising their democratic right to seek information from the city, and so should Mayor Baldwin.
Democracy is weakened when governments are secretive.
