Editor, The News:
As I am sitting here looking out my window at yet another snowfall and I have a burning in the pit of my stomach.
I am physically disabled and recently recovered from surgery. I use an electric chair to get around.
With the continuous accumulation of wet snow and many out there not clearing or salting their pathways, it makes it impossible for people like me to get out.
I know that I am not alone in this struggle. I am a young woman, I can only imagine how difficult this must be on our seniors.
Please reach out to those with mobility issues this season and make sure that they are taken care of.
