Could someone please enlighten me on the following?
Richard Cannings says that in Canada one million children go to school hungry. Since there are roughly four million youngster going to school, that means one in four has presumably not been fed.
So, when I thus see children at Carmi, Parkway and Queen’s Park elementary schools being dropped off by their parents, often with cell phones and iPads in their hands, does that mean that 25 per cent of them are hungry?
