Trudeau continues Harper’s foreign military policy.
With the recently announced withdrawal of CF-18 fighter jets the Liberal government’s strategy is a switch and bait and actually increases Canada’s involvement in the U.S.-led NATO war drive against Russia. This is dealing from the bottom of the deck under the phony pretext of fighting ISIL.
The only reason for the U.S. coalition’s new aggressive deployment, after baby-sitting these terrorists for almost two years, is because of the successes accomplished by the Russian and Syrian forces in eliminating this fanatical scourge in just the last five months. And now the Saudi Monarchy and Turkey’s wannabe caliph, Erdogan are adding to the insanity. Who’s side are we really on here?
After all what is ISIL/Daesh but the U.S./British fostered and financed Afghani muhajadeen of the 1980s war with the Soviet Union morphing into Osama bin Laden and Al Quada in the days of the three war criminals Blair, Cheney and Bush’s fraudulent war in Iraq. And then of course encouraged by NATO’s destruction of Libya and murder of Gaddaffi. And, oh ya, Nobel Peace Prize winner Barrack Obama’s many years long and still on-going drone killings thoughout the Middle East added into the mix.
These planned murders certainly have served as a most effective campaign for recruiting jihadi terrorists. This western-backed, Saudi financed and Turkey assisted abomination to humanity has always been nothing more than a terrorist proxy to effect regime change in Syria. Why regime change in Syria? Foremost and ultimately to weaken Russia. To fractionalize and turn the proud and progressive secular nation of Syria into a Salafist sectarian travesty so as to flank Russia. First eliminating one ally, Syria, and in doing so gain a flank on another ally Iran, and in the process deny Russia of the Syrian naval base in Tartus, and oh ya, almost forgot, to create a much needed route through Syria to get Qatari and Kuwaiti oil into Europe so as to further weaken Russia’s oil revenues.
This whole mess started a long time ago with British Round Table geo-politics just before the First World War, but to cut to the chase, is best identified by PNAC, the Policy for a New American Century of 1991, which was concocted by Robert Kagan and other neo-con nut jobs and coincided with the collapse of the Soviet Union. The doctrine demands that with the Soviets out of the way, no other nation shall be allowed to either economically or militarily challenge US hegemony.
Canada woefully lacks a political leader with the courage to abandon this desperate and insane war drive. Our country needs a leader with the vision to protect our economy from the bankrupt Transatlantic financial system and to align with the BRICS New Development Bank and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank for global development and global peace.
Kill the TPP and join China’s leader Xi Jinping’s One Belt-One Road infrastucture progams. Russia, India and numerous Eurasian, Middle Eastern and African nations are climbing on board the train while Trudeau has our country standing around the bus depot. Canada will flourish in a multi-polar political economy rather than the bully-like, debt-ridden last vestiges of desperate empire and adjuncts of the Saxe-Coburg-Gotha family. We’ve been fooled again and this time the consequences may be catastrophic.
