The answer to misbehaviour on logging roads near Jordan River is obviously proper policing.

Many jerks will harm persons who are not armed police officers – only police in their face will get their proper attention.

The offenders don’t live in the bush, they are in settlements like Jordan River, Sooke, and Saanich. They can be spotted and dealt with there, as they will misbehave in other ways such as deliberately driving dangerously.

CRD director Mike Hicks’ imploring people to use common sense is a weak response, jerks will laugh at it.

Will all concerned individuals please vote for better policing in the next municipal election, and push the provincial government to help fund police where they are responsible, and push municipal fiefdoms to do their duty of protecting people?
