Re: Electric scooters, unicycles set to roll …, Nov. 13

The B.C. government will be changing regulations to allow pilot projects for electric scooters, unicycles and skateboards on streets and sidewalks, together with pedestrians and vehicles.

As a driver who is supposed to contend with a multitude of road signs and school zones, check intersections, even when the traffic light is in their favour, check two blocks ahead in cities, I am wondering how much time will be left to observe such potential road dangers.
