I am wondering when the Victoria Real Estate board will start setting the record straight on property values around the Saanich Inlet.
If the Steelhead LNG proposal goes through, values, not to mention health and safety, will seriously deteriorate.
An offshore liquefaction plant; escaping methane; flaring gases; tankers plying through densely populated areas and narrow channels; a fragile marine system disrupted; tourism industry destroyed. So far, VREB will not acknowledge the effect of all this on property values. How then can anyone take their record straightening seriously?
