Do you think Surrey alone has a truck-parking problem?
Just look at White Rock’s beautiful town centre. Isn’t it gorgeous?
These diesel trucks start their noisy warmup period any time between 5 and 6:30 a.m. on weekday mornings. Bylaws informed the complainant: “These people have to park somewhere.”
No, I don’t think the city is responsible to provide parking for business vehicles.
Parking facilities of this type should not be allowed in a heavily populated residential area. They belong in an industrial park.
