They can show you the complete list of activities with the contact phone number. Here are just some of the highlights you may be interested in:
Monday: English Handbells, Campfire singers
Tuesday: TOPS, whist and crib
Wednesday: Bridge, knitting club
Thursday: Carpet bowling and line dancing
Friday: Ladies pool, Red Hat Ladies
Like to share interesting food? Come the last Sunday of the month for a potluck and entertainment – meet new friends and sign up to be a member – only $10 per year.
Also watch for the excellent Sunday breakfasts on the first and third Sundays.
Christmas is coming and there will be a dinner.
There are groups that sign up to use the facility so look for the next concert or community fundraiser. If you want to rent the hall just come on in and talk to the fine folks at the Seniors’ Centre. Dee Adams is the one to contact for rentals, 250-992-3991.
I hope you are enjoying my columns. I plan to highlight the Old Tyme Fiddlers next month.
