To the Editor,
Last week for the first time I sat on top of Mount Benson. Wow what a vista. If this was Switzerland, there would be a restaurant nearby, welcoming the guests that went up with the cable car. Why can’t we have this? Imagine the money this would generate. Every visitor to Nanaimo would be taken up there as a must-see attraction. Are there no Nanaimo millionaire investors that can see the mountain as a win-win situation?
My bones are getting too old to do the climb again, I can only hope.
