Noise allowance for Stomp unreasonable

Having a 4 a.m. extension of the noise bylaw for the Stomp activities was an insult to common, decent society.

Having a 4 a.m. extension of the noise bylaw for the Stomp activities was an insult to common, decent society.

The loud, loud volume of their music at the dog park carried far and wide right up to 4 a.m. for the three nights of the event, disturbing my household. Sleep was impossible, (the music volume seemed to increase after midnight).

A reasonable noise curfew would have been midnight, with a restricted volume at all times.
