Nosey Parker should check facts

Why did a neighbour report that there was a secondary suite in a Langley Township home, when all indicators show that there couldn't be?

Editor: I am writing this letter to vent at the interfering Nosey Parker who felt the need to report my household to Langley Township.  Apparently this person seems to think that I have a secondary suite in my house.

Perhaps, before this person does the reporting on others, he or she may want to do some investigating.  I have lived here for 20 years. I do not have an excess of cars parked in my driveway (it’s two-car household, and always has been), nor on the street in front of my house,

I put out on average one garbage bag per week, so there is no clue there. I go to work, come home, do not disturb my neighbours, do not play loud music, keep to myself except for the few neighbours I know well, so I am at a loss as to why this person would want to cause trouble.

Perhaps this is a vindictive person with nothing else to do with his or her time. I hope this individual also reported the four other households on my street which do actually have suites (some have more than one).

I will not be allowing an inspection of my property, as it is an intrusion of my privacy.  You know what they say about payback, so I can only hope that someday someone will return the favour and interfere in this person’s life.
