Partisan papers

Politicians will wear pink once a year to oppose bullying, but it’s exactly what they’re doing so much of the time, especially election time.

One notices somewhat the same in politically partisan newspapers. For example, there’s basically nothing positive to say about the BC Liberal government, thus supporting newspapers attack their favourite party’s nemeses from behind with attack and negative editorials.

There are countless metro-daily and community newspapers who will do and are doing quite the same.

It’s ugly, but it’s how it’s done.
