To the Editor,
Why not take a holiday from Christmas? Stop fussing about decorating to the hilt and baking endless amounts of goodies. Also, why not purchase less-expensive gifts and have a small credit-card bill to look forward to in the new year?
By all means, of course enjoy the season to the fullest with traditions that come this time of year.
Leave more time and energy for enjoying festive outings and parties, etc. Take delight in more relaxing activities and those afternoon naps. It will keep you healthier.
So, let’s all take a holiday from Christmas this year and see how much of a difference it will make.
