Political leaders would do well to control greed in a productive way

Instead of political leaders following the business community around on their hands and knees, they need to realize all they have to do is control the greed in a productive way to the wishes of the community; they would do well.

Dear editor,

Excellent thought process that Caroline Bradfield wrote June 8 (Reaction to protesters panned).

I am wondering why she thinks interjecting logical thought patterns into the political arena is required, this just causes confusion. The fear-mongering and alarmism is the norm now from political figures, which is the usual last resort for those without the ability to logically discuss options for common ground, which we all learned on the school yard.

If this type of thinking continues by the public, some will think this is a democracy. Instead of political leaders following the business community around on their hands and knees, they need to realize all they have to do is control the greed in a productive way to the wishes of the community; they would do well.
