I’m hopeful that Francesco Aquilini will follow through with what I read, in that he might purchase AESC and bring the Canuck farm team here.
What a tax relief that would be, and I’m sure the people of Abbotsford would attend a lot more hockey games and make our sports centre a more profitable building.
Our council should pursue this idea and do what it takes to get a good deal done ASAP.
Yes, I know it is only a rumour, but it’s worth taking a good look at.
