Editor: I find the reaction from letter writer Susan Morris (The Times, Oct. 17) to be a little over the top.
The last time I looked, we still lived in a democracy and freedom of speech still existed. But it seems it is only for those who supported the Coulter Berry development.
I’ve lived in Fort Langley for 18 years, and this building seems to be affecting what we say and who we can say it to. Maybe with the change of guidelines, we lost more than we counted on and what brought us here to live in the first place — community.
