Dear Editor:
On Sept. 20, Summerland hosted two worthwhile events which, sadly, conflicted with each other, the Test of Humanity is a mountain bike race which raises funds for humanitarian projects in Ethiopia and the Terry Fox Run carries on Terry’s hope of raising funds for cancer research. One is a local event while the other’s date is scheduled nationally.
Could the test’s date not have been scheduled for a different weekend?
