Roses and Raspberries: June

A huge bouquet of roses for all the performers who filled St. Peter’s Anglican Church with music at the May 18 benefit concert.

A huge bouquet of roses for all the performers who filled St. Peter’s Anglican Church with music at the May 18 benefit concert hosted by the Qintent Plus and Community Choir.

The program was opened by the string group, Ebony.

Thank you, ladies, and Ingrid Johnston, for your kind words and the inspiration you provide your talented musicians. Pianists Rebekah Park and Sarah Park played beautifully and Anna Mitchell delighted the audience with five pieces that she’ll be taking to the provincials.

The acappella group, Synergy, also gave a beautiful rendition of three rousing songs.

A huge than you to all the members of Quintent Plus for sharing your music with us.

A special note of appreciation goes to our director, Michelle Erlandson and our accompanist, Heather Froese.

And finally, another huge bouquet of roses to thank all who came out to support us.

It was a fabulous evening and wonderfully attended.
