To the editor;
We recently experienced a huge scare when our 16-year-old son was hit by a tree at Inks Lake.
He had a broken femur and a fractured neck and was in bad shape when he was brought to Royal Inland Hospital by ambulance.
The doctor and nurses in emergency were awesome.
They were thorough and very caring with our son and with us.
Dr. Ross Outerbridge did surgery on the leg and visited our son right after recovery to update us on his condition.
The pediatric nurses were amazing, showing patience and keeping close track of our son’s condition.
Special thank you to Melanie, Nicole and Tony. You are all amazing and our gratitude for your care is immeasurable.
A huge thank you to the staff that we were privileged to deal with at RIH.
Keep up the great work.
