Editor: Re: the Routley school debate. Come now, 3.5 kilometres is not very far to travel to school, especially as no one ever walks to school any more.
It’s not like the old days. I distinctly remember walking many miles to school in all kinds of weather — uphill in both directions if memory serves me well.
