The RDN is reviewing the official community plan for Area H. Within this area is the downtown location of a place we all know as Bowser. Population? About 55 people. They are doing a sewage study for this tiny group, already have spent over $300,000 and now are hoping to receive millions in grants from Ottawa.
Something smells funny about this sewage proposal. Why is so much money going to so few people? Me thinks it would be more beneficial to use those funds to preserve and protect the drinking water supply for all of Area H, instead of flushing it.
