Our Area E director, Eugene Foisy, stated recently that he has received no phone calls from Cherryville residents requesting to be included in the April 30 referendum regarding a prison in Lumby. We will also be impacted by whatever decision is made one way or the other.
Phone Eugene if you do want a referendum to express your views. He needs to know ASAP as time is quickly running out for organizing one out here.
