In my opinion, this has got to be some of the best summer weather we’ve ever had.
No long periods of either rain or sun, with comfortable temperatures and no drought.
My whine is broadcasters and sun fanatics whining that summer hasn’t arrived.
Some sun worshipers claim a deficiency in vitamin D, but you only need 20 minutes of direct sunlight, not two hours (ever hear of skin cancer?).
Sunlight is radiation. Sure the heat is OK, if you work in air-conditioning (which, of course, uses energy that pollutes our air, land, and water) pushing paper.
For those that work outside physically building or manufacturing real products, the mid-20s is hot enough.
Summer is here. It started June 21 and the weather has been close to perfect.
