Sympathy for kennel owners

Reader questions the treatment kennel owners received from District of Saanich

I read the recent article on the problems encountered by the owners of a Saanich kennel. This is a very local problem, and, being a stranger to all parties concerned, I do not know what I am now supposed to do.

Mr. Paterson’s article did have its desired effect of producing great sympathy for the Millers, great displeasure, and feelings of retaliation at the hidden, nameless neighbour, and a rare feeling of superiority. Lobbing some fine Saanich organic eggs (large/brown) at select homes in the general area hoping to hit the right one might work, but not at $5 a dozen.

Also, I don’t understand why police and bylaw only responded after seeing, or listening to, a recording, where volume levels can be set at any level you like, instead of going and listening to the real thing. It’s enough to make dogs bark. Please let’s hear from Mr. Paterson on what happens after the hearing.
