I was thrilled to hear that Dianne Watts and her team fully agree with the banning of tethering dogs. Dogs are not a lawn ornaments; they are social creatures who need the care, love and attention of their human family.
The pictures, videos, and real-life experiences I have witnessed are nothing less than appalling.
I am ecstatic that finally dogs will be given the chance to have a better life.
They provide us with endless love and joy. They deserve it back.
