I was inspired to write this letter to give a big shout out to the wonderful Vernon folks and one man in particular who I don’t know how to contact.
I carelessly left my wallet on the roof of my car and drive away. This fine gentleman watched it go down and he stopped his vehicle and gathered the items in my wallet, including money.
He then put everything back in my wallet and tried contacting me but couldn’t find my number. He returned it to the police station where I got it back.
The day I lost my wallet, I had a few unexpected, not so awesome events take place, so getting my wallet back was such a relief and great feeling. Paying it forward is definitely the way to go.
Thank you so much to the awesome, kind Vernon man that went out of his way to help a sister out.
