Editor: I just want to thank Dennis Townsend for his letter re: B.C. Assessments. I would never have known about this without his information, and our information is being corrected as I write.
The assessor says that this is the first year we’ve had this shown, and doesn’t know why it has been changed. I really wonder if we’ve been over-assessed since we moved here about eight years ago. Thanks, Dennis.
