This is regarding Mr. Holenstein’s letter and his attempts to tug on our heart strings. This person seems to think that their people are the only ones paying taxes. Gosh to make me think that they’re the only ones paying taxes bring tears of distress to my beautiful ebony eyes. If I come off sounding amused about someone tugging at my heart strings then you’re correct. So perhaps one of his buddies might tap him and say ‘Hey buddy wake up.’ And yes there were wrongs and really bad mistakes done in the past, if you want to call it that.
The same could happen in the future after all land claims settlements get settled. There will be people that feel the land claims are unjust like Mr. Holenstein. The future grandchildren just might be our grandchildren who might say we are so sorry you feel that way but we cannot be blamed for what happened in the past even if there were wrongs and mistakes. After all we did not make all these laws that are used against you in the courts. As I have said in the past letters as long as there are peoples like Holenstein and yours truly there will be conflict.
