I would like to thank the individuals responsible for taking possession of my trailer on Thursday morning in the Southeast end of Chilliwack.
You have given me some much deserved time off but unfortunately it was spent not with my family but with the RCMP, our insurance agent and trying to source out replacing more the than 12 years spent purchasing the tools, materials, and equipment I need to service our customers and pay my bills. Most of our customers are suppliers of food items and medical services I am certain that you benefit from. Possibly there is a misconception that contractors have an endless supply of money and take advantage of their customers. I can assure you that this is not the case.
Most long standing companies in our area operate at a profit of $5 or less for every $100 we bill and for the most part make less resulting from unpaid invoices. The planning and organization you exhibited for this heist indicates a level of intellect best suited for honest work and not preying on the rest of us.
I invite you to explain to my daughters as to why daddy can’t really go to work for the next while and why they won’t have much under the tree this Christmas. Anyone in the Little Mountain area best beware. Lock it down or lose it!
