Now that winter has set in and snow covers our landscape, we think back with pleasure to summer.
With all it’s flowers, shrubs and trees that have, over the years been planted by the Village of Burns Lake.
This summer we also enjoyed all the private yards, displaying the many beautiful flowers in their glorious colours.
Much like we try to keep our own gardens tidy and pleasant looking, not only for ourselves but also for our visitors, the same applies to our village.
What is done by way of beautification is not only for the visitors who drive through and perhaps stay a while, but also for our own citizens.
Now we have the additional pleasure of all the colourful lights in and around town.
This includes the display in our Pioneer Park.
