I’ve stopped listening to politicians for a long time.
As a kid, I used to be very excited over them. However, as I grew older, I’ve become more skeptical. So when Adrian Dix says that “the government’s claim of neutrality on the HST is ludicrous,” well, I tune out.
It’s like one politician calling the other ambitious, when you know very well they are both vying for the same job.
I chose to do my research of the issues, trusting my ability to think for myself. In order not to see my blood pressure rise, I believe nothing of what I hear and only half of what I see.
