B.C. Hydro is rolling the dice when it comes to the health and welfare of our citizens in regards to the smart meters.
Not enough information about the bad consequences is known. This is especially true when it comes to the development of the brain in fetuses as well as toddlers and young children.
What is known clearly causes concern.
These concerns include things such as high levels of cancer-causing microwave radiation, insomnia and other medical problems.
In addition, criminals can hack into these mini-computers, not a pleasant thought when on vacation or being away.
The estimated costs of placing such a device everywhere is almost a billion dollars, and guess who pays for that … your hydro bill!
The least BC Hydro can do is offer the option of deciding for ourselves.
