Tourney a success

I would like to thank the South Okanagan communities for their support of the Ralph Robinson Golf Tournament in the past.

This letter is two-fold.  First of all I would like to thank the South Okanagan communities for their support of the Ralph Robinson Golf Tournament in the past.  This event has run successfully for the past nine years and has been a wonderful support for the Alzheimer Society of B.C.

Secondly, we regret to announce that the event will not be taking place this year.  On behalf of the volunteers I wish to extend our appreciation for all that the participants, sponsors, and donors contributed to this event.  Kudos to Skaha Meadows golf course for their support and to the former CIGV radio crew who promoted and played.  Thank you, also, to Dennis Walker who was our MC for most of the events.

Many individuals contributed to the overall success of the Ralph Robinson tournament over the years and we want to thank all of you.  The need for support, education, advocacy, and research is as strong as ever and we couldn’t continue our work without people like you.
