Transit trouble

Suggestion to remove two parking meter spots to accommodate buses turning onto 31st Street

Currently buses exiting the downtown transit terminal westbound on 31st Avenue and turning left onto 31st Street have restricted left-turning capacity due to cars parked in meters south bound on 31st Street.

I (and others) have experienced this personally while proceeding northbound on 31st Street at this intersection and have been required to backup to allow the bus to make a safe turn onto 31st Street

I would suggest that the city remove two parking meter spots on the west side of 31st Street to alleviate this problem.
