To the editor:
I just wanted to send out a big thank-you to Mitch and the men at Kal Tire and Spencer at Lordco for helping out a traveller with car trouble.
What I thought was a squealing fan belt turned out to be a missing bolt, which needed to be replaced and adjusted.
Mitch, who was on holidays, stopped to help me diagnose my vehicle’s problem when he saw me with my car hood up. He told me where to get the help I needed.
Each place helped me out right away and without charge.
Thank you!
