Just wanted to let the community of Barriere know what an awesome job they did hosting The DnB True Grit Big Four Rodeo [April 9 at the North Thompson Agriplex]!
To the organizers and volunteers, congratulations on a fantastic event.
My daughter and I travelled from Gibsons, B.C., so she could compete in the ladies barrel racing. We were welcomed by friendly faces from the moment we got there!
The food trucks were incredible (deep fried peanut butter), and the Rodeo was probably one of the best times we’ve had.
Your little town showed up in droves and cheered on the contestants with so much enthusiasm we were blown away.
See you next year Barriere, wouldn’t miss it for the world!
