Trump view changes

Our relationship with the U.S. means most Canadians relate to the political furor that goes on ‘down there’.

We relate to this or that person and identify ourselves for or against those people. The recent presidential election is a prime example.

I had originally thought Trump might be a suitable choice, having no political allegiances but with substantial successful business experience, unlike most politicians. My view changed as I listened to his views for America. This doesn’t mean I leaned to Hilary Clinton with her questionable history.

In a recent issue of The NEWS I read Arthur Black whom I normally like.  He makes remarks about Trump spewing manure, being spectacularly repulsive, sexually predacious, contract-sniffing, bragging, sneering and a troll. He draws that rant out with more derogatory comments about Trump’s character and I am again shocked but even more so because Arthur is a Canadian and what I thought was a level-headed humorous writer.

Arthur needs his knuckles rapped and his fanny warmed for putting himself in the same category as Trump, Robert DeNiro and others of the same ilk and boorish manner.
