In North Saanich, we are poised between essentially two visions of our district.
There is the developers’ dream, pave-it-over vision currently championed by the majority on Council. And there is the slow-and-measured-growth vision of those aiming to honour the spirit and intent of urban containment boundaries and our own official community plan.
