Where’s freedom of choice?

I have heard all of the talk about the Taboo Sex Show and now the Lingerie Football League coming to town.

I have heard all of the talk about the Taboo Sex Show and now the Lingerie Football League coming to town, and wonder what Gerda Peachey, Gertie Pool (Offensive entertainment, Letters,

Feb. 14) and anyone else who hides behind a religious motive has in mind for me.

Maybe they can suggest an appropriate list of TV shows, movies, and other entertainment for me and everyone else. They seem to think they know what is best.

Better yet, they can pick my books to read and burn the rest.

Where does this stop?

When did the freedom of choice disappear?

If you disapprove of these events coming to town, don’t go. Show the people behind it that it is not something you want before you decide for others.

There are many faiths and beliefs in the valley. When are these activists going to start telling these other groups that they are wrong?

Faith is not faith without choice.  If you were forced to believe, it wouldn’t mean anything.
