COME RUN and have fun at the Comox Nautical Days 4 Mile Road Race on Aug. 4.

Comox Valley Road Runners invite you to join in the fun at the Comox Nautical Days 4 Mile Road Race.

The starter’s gun goes off at 9 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 4 at the Comox Town Hall on Beaufort Avenue.  Registration is on the day (also at Comox Town Hall) and costs just $10, which includes male and female winner prizes, age category awards, post-race refreshments and draw prizes.

The event welcomes both serious runners and all members of the family to take part over the four mile (6.4 kilometre) course through the streets of Comox.  The race precedes the Nautical Days parade and other festivities, making it an ideal start to the BC Day celebrations. For safety reasons, strollers and pets are not permitted.

This will be the 45th consecutive year the race has been held and is grateful to its main sponsor, Jim Smiley of ReMax Ocean Pacific Reality, for his continued support over the last nine years.
