From Friday to Sunday of the weekend just passed, the baseball diamonds in the Fred Milne Park were ladened with movers and shakers. Or should we say, the 54/50’s and Shakers. Seven mixed teams played in the 54/50 invitational.
The outcome of the weekend is as follows:

Ron Caven of the Shakers received player of the year. According to Rod Sluggett (one of the tournament organiziers), he was recognized for “his spirit and passion for the game.”
