For the second straight year, AthElite reigned supreme at Centre Court’s HoopFest tournament.

The squad held off the Islanders 97-92 in the championship final, which was played on Aug. 17 at the Langley Events Centre.

This was the 10th year of the tournament, the past five of which have been played at the LEC.

AthElite’s Sukhjot Bains picked up most valuable player honours, while Balraj Bains (AthElite), Brody Greig and Tyler Olsen (Islanders), James Kenyon (Runnin Rebels) and Roopi Clair (Game Needs Me) were all-stars.
