Bantam T-wolves dole out awards

After a successful season, the Williams Lake Bantam Female Timberwolves hosted its year-end awards banquet last week.

Most valuable player went to Ali Waterhouse, most improved player was claimed by Karena Sokolan and most sportsmanlike player was Sara Trampleasure.

Esso Medals of Achievement were won by Paige Outhouse (most dedicated), Pyper Alexander (most improved) and Senna Trampleasure (most sportsmanlike).

The team narrowly missed qualifying for the BC Hockey provincial championships after dropping a hard-fought series, 2-1, to Prince George.

The girls lost game one of the playoff series in a shootout, won game two, then lost a close game at home to close out their season.
