Clearwater resident Kay Knox poses with Barb Smith of Barriere at the Canada Games Pool, during the BC Seniors Games held last week in Kamloops. Knox won silver in 800 m freestyle swimming, and silver in 100 m breaststroke, both in the women’s 75-79 category. Smith won a bronze in the 70-74 100 m freestyle, and took gold medals with her team in the 4x25 m medley relay and the 4x25 m freestyle relay.
