Two big darts events are upcoming in the Comox Valley.
The North Island Zone playoffs for the BC Seniors Games go April 12 at 9 a.m. at the Filberg Centre in Courtenay. Contact Fred or Ginny at 250-334-4334 for full information.
Also, the Comox Legion’s eighth annual Memorial Tournament goes April 26. Teams of four can be male, female or co-ed. Entry fee is $40 per team, restricted to 20 teams.
Deadline is Friday, April 25 to reserve a spot by calling either 250-339-2112 or 250-339-9592 or by e-mailing dcwillington@gmail.com. Check in by 9:45, toe line is 10 a.m. Lunch will be available. Smitty’s Comox is offering 10 per cent off their breakfast menu to participants in the Memorial shoot.
