Barriere Secondary School (BSS) hosted a Senior Girls Volleyball Tournament on Oct. 22; with out of town teams competing from Williams Lake, Clearwater, Clinton, and Pender Harbour.

The Barriere Cougars played with great intensity and a lot of teamwork.

The BSS players said their main focus as a team was to come out hitting with confidence.

After successfully winning three out of four games the Barriere girls took the tournament.

A huge thank you to all the parents who contributed food and their time at the concession and to all the team supporters and spectators.
